一、本學期第18週為彈性補充教學週，將於115年6月29日（星期一）至7月1日（星期三）辦理補做課程，開放節次為第2節、第3節、第6節及第7節。

二、報名日期：即日起至115年6月10日（星期三）下午5時止，請至Google表單登記補作，逾期不予受理。

三、本次補作申請屬補救教學措施，每位學生最多僅可選擇4個時段。如填寫超過4個時段，將由服務學習組 依填寫順序由後往前刪除 或是 評估各節次的人次總數進行刪除。另本次開設之12個節次均會正常開班，且無名額限制，請勿重複填寫或多填時段。

四、開班結果將於115年6月16日（星期二）下午5時前公告於Tronclass數位教學平台及服務學習組網頁，請申請同學自行上網查詢集合地點及相關資訊。

五、每位學生僅限1次申請機會，請勿使用不同帳號重複登錄，以免影響作業流程。本組將依學號進行查核，如有重複申請情形，將刪除所有申請資料。

六、完成提交後，請務必保留Google表單回覆副本信件，以利後續查詢與確認，無收到Google表單的回覆代表沒有送出成功。

1. Week 18 of this semester is designated for flexible supplementary teaching. Makeup sessions will be available from June 29, 2026 (Monday) to July 1, 2026 (Wednesday). Available class periods are periods 2, 3, 6, and 7.
2. Registration period: From now until 5:00 PM on June 10, 2026 (Wednesday). Please complete the registration form via Google Forms:

   Late applications will not be accepted.
3. This makeup application is considered as a make-up session. Each student may select up to 4 sessions only. If more than 4 sessions are selected, the Service-Learning Division will remove the excess slots starting from the latest ones. All 12 sessions will be opened with no participant limit. Please do not submit repeated or excessive selections.
4. Final class arrangements will be announced before 5:00 PM on June 16, 2026 (Tuesday) on Tronclass digital learning platform and the Service-Learning Division website. Applicants are advised to check online for updates.
5. Each student is allowed only ONE submission. Please do not register using multiple accounts. the Service-Learning Division will verify all applications by student ID number. Any repeated applications will result in the deletion of all submitted records.
6. After submission, please keep your Google Form confirmation email for future verification and inquiries.
