1. A total of 12 sessions will be offered for the flexible learning week. The class schedules, locations, and the list of applicants for make-up classes are provided in the attached document.

2. The locations for all make-up sessions have been adjusted. Applicants are required to assemble at the designated location on time according to the announcement. Please note that sign-in and sign-out will not be done by number roll call; since the attendance lists are printed in advance, late registration for make-up classes will not be accepted.

3. How to search for your name on the "Makeup Application List": Open the "Makeup Application List" file, then use Ctrl + F on the keyboard and enter the last 6 digits of your student ID (e.g., for s10813999, enter 813999).

4. The work location is different for every session. Applicants are requested to check the information carefully.

5. To ensure safety, wearing slippers while class is prohibited. Violators will have their eligibility cancelled.

6. No late sign-in or early sign-out are allowed. (Class begins when the class bell rings; there is no 5-minute flexible period). If any of the above occurs, your eligibility for that session will be cancelled.

7. Please make use of the opportunity to attend make-up classes in Week 18 to avoid too much absences, which may result in failing the course.
