(1)The 18th week of this semester is a flexible learning week, the class period from 12th-14th Jan 2026 (Monday-Wednesday) will be opened (Please refer to the attached file) to apply for the make-up session (registration can be made if there is no class on your schedule), total of 12 sessions will be opened; Due to the need to arrange the team leader in advance, a sudden registration will not be accepted.

(2) If you have any absences or classes missed from 15th September, 2025 (the start of the semester) up to now, please register for make-up sessions through the Google Form (https://reurl.cc/r3RqVE) by 5:00 PM on 19th December, 2025 (Friday). Late applications will not be accepted.

(3) This make-up application is only for remedial class. Therefore, each student may only select up to 4 sessions. If more than 4 are selected, the Service-Learning Section will delete the extras from the latest one. All 12 scheduled sessions are guaranteed to open with no capacity limits, so please do not sign up for extra time slots.

(4) The results will be announced by 5:00 PM on 2nd Jan, 2026 (Monday) on the Tronclass digital learning platform and the Service-Learning Section website. Applicants need to check online for updates.

(5) Each student is limited to one application. Please do not use different accounts to register, to avoid causing difficulties; we will verify all applications via Student ID and delete all double applications.

(6) Please take the chance of the 18th week makeup session to avoid excessive absences that could result in failure to pass the course.
