一、本學期第18週為彈性補充教學，將開放2025年6月16日（星期一）至18日（星期三）原開課時段（請參考附檔）申請補做（有空堂時間均可登記），總計開設12節次；因要提前安排小組長人力，恕不接受臨時登記補做。

二、自2025年2月17日（開學日）起至目前為止，如有缺曠紀錄，請於即日起至2025年6月2日（星期一）下午5時前至Google表單（https://reurl.cc/r3RqVE）登記補做，逾期不予受理。

三、本次補做申請僅為補救教學措施，因此每位學生最多可選取6個時段，如有超過者，將由服學組由後往前刪除。開班結果將於2025年6月10日（星期二）下午5時前公告於Tronclass數位教學平台及服學組網頁，請申請者自行上網查詢集合地點。

四、敬請把握第18週補做機會，以免缺曠過多導致無法順利通過課程。

(1)The 18^th week of this semester is a flexible learning week, the class period from 16th-18th June 2025 (Monday-Wednesday) will be opened (Please refer to the attached file) to apply for the make-up session (registration can be made if there is no class on your schedule), up to 12 sessions will be opened; Due to the need to arrange the team leader in advance, a sudden registration will not be accepted.

(2) If you have any absences or classes missed from 17^th February, 2025 (the start of the semester) up to now, please register for make-up sessions through the Google Form (https://reurl.cc/r3RqVE) by 5:00 PM on 2^nd June, 2025 (Monday). Late applications will not be accepted.

(3) This make-up application is for remedial class. Therefore, each student may select up to 6 sessions. If more than 6 are selected, the Service-Learning Section will delete the extras from the latest one. The results will be announced by 5:00 PM on 10^th June, 2025 (Tuesday) on the Tronclass digital learning platform and the Service-Learning Section website. Applicants need to check online for updates.

(4) Please take the chance of the 18^th week makeup session to avoid excessive absences that could result in failure to pass the course.
