Summer Dormitory Power Disconnection Notice/

Thông báo ngắt điện ký túc xá trong kỳ nghỉ hè

為維護住宿生權益，未申請暑假留宿之寢室將於暑假期間進行斷電作業，請同學提前做好相關準備。

1. 冰箱內物品請務必清空並完成除霜，以免食物腐敗或結霜融化造成環境髒亂。
2. 離宿前請確認冷氣已關閉，並拔除冰箱及各類電器設備插頭，以維護用電安全。
3. 請妥善整理寢室環境，共同維護宿舍整潔。
4. 如暑假期間有臨時留宿需求，請至少提前一週提出申請，以利宿舍安排恢復供電作業。

To protect the rights and interests of dormitory residents, rooms that have not applied for summer accommodation will have their power supply disconnected during the summer break. Please make the necessary preparations in advance:

1. Please empty all items from the refrigerator and complete defrosting to prevent food spoilage or melted frost from causing an unsanitary environment.
2. Before leaving the dormitory, please ensure that the air conditioner is turned off and unplug the refrigerator and all other electrical appliances to maintain electrical safety.
3. Please tidy up your room and help keep the dormitory clean and orderly.
4. If you have an unexpected need to stay in the dormitory during the summer break, please submit your application at least one week in advance to allow sufficient time for the dormitory to arrange the restoration of power supply.

Để bảo đảm quyền lợi của sinh viên nội trú, các phòng không đăng ký lưu trú trong kỳ nghỉ hè sẽ được ngắt điện trong thời gian nghỉ hè. Vui lòng chuẩn bị trước các nội dung sau:

1. Vui lòng dọn sạch đồ trong tủ lạnh và thực hiện xả tuyết (rã đông) để tránh thực phẩm bị hư hỏng hoặc nước từ lớp băng tan gây mất vệ sinh môi trường.
2. Trước khi rời ký túc xá, vui lòng bảo đảm đã tắt máy lạnh và rút phích cắm của tủ lạnh cùng các thiết bị điện khác để bảo đảm an toàn điện.
3. Vui lòng sắp xếp, dọn dẹp phòng ở gọn gàng để cùng duy trì môi trường ký túc xá sạch sẽ.
4. Nếu phát sinh nhu cầu lưu trú tại ký túc xá trong kỳ nghỉ hè, vui lòng nộp đơn đăng ký ít nhất 01 tuần trước để ký túc xá có đủ thời gian sắp xếp việc khôi phục cấp điện.
