【團體勞作教育】配合本校實施遠距教學109學年度第二學期團體勞作教育學期成績計算方式說明

因應COVID-19疫情發展，本校實施全面遠距教學，勞作教育課程自5/17日起至6/25日止停止施作，本學期團體勞作教育學期成績計算方式因應調整說明如下：
一、適用對象為109學年度第2學期團體勞作教育學生(境外生、轉學生、受限生)。
二、成績占比：出缺勤50%、實作表現30%、心得反思20%。
三、出缺勤：僅列計非遠距教學期間出缺勤，遠距教學期間則不列計出缺勤。
四、實作表現：以出席勞作教育期間表現核給成績。
五、社區服務心得反思：本學期已完成三次社區服務者及經服學組核准公假免予參加社區服務者需填寫3次心得反思(已填寫者請勿重覆，尚未填寫者請於6/2日前完成)，網址為https://reurl.cc/Agx6dK。
六、期末心得反思請於6/2日前完成填寫，網址為https://reurl.cc/YO7oll。
七、原定6/1日社區服務補作因疫情無法實施，已申請補作同學及未申請補做同學由本組自系統中自動扣除1次社區缺曠(視同完成1次補作)，但上述人員仍需填寫本次心得反思問卷(請於6/2日前完成)，網址為https://reurl.cc/Agx6dK。
八、本學期勞作教育成績將以5/14日前的出缺勤、實作表現、心得反思(計算至前述填寫截止日期，如未完成填寫則不予給分)核算成績並在6/16日公告，所有同學得視個人成績及意願依以下說明申請補做：
　　(一)應屆畢業生勞教成績不及格欲申請補做者，如經本組查核後已符合畢業資格者，得於家中以打掃居家環境代替缺曠補做，每打掃20分鐘得抵扣一次缺曠，待補做完成後再予重新核算成績。
　　(二)應屆畢業生勞教成績不及格欲申請補做者，如經本組查核後非因勞作教育延畢者，須待返校恢復正常上課後開始補做。
　　(三)非應屆畢業生不論成績及格與否均可視個人意願申請，並於次學期恢復正常上課後實施補做，補做完成後再予重新核算成績。
　　(四)欲申請補做者請於6/25日下午5點前上網填寫申請補做勞作教育報名表，未在期限內上網報名者視同自願放棄補做，報名網址為https://reurl.cc/bX4oEd。
　　(五)申請補作者，須在次學期恢復正常上課起3周內完成。

Announcement Update: 25th May, 2021

Introduction of the calculation method of the semester grades of group labor education in line with CYUT’s online teaching

In response to the severe Covid-19 pandemic and in line with CYUT’s online teaching, the Labor Education Program of the second semester of 2020 academic year will be suspended from 17th May to 25th June. The calculation method of the semester grades of group labor education has been adjusted as follows:

  1. The applicable targets are the labor education students (international students, transfer students and disabled students).
  2. Percentage of Performance: 50% for the attendance/absence, 30% for practical performance, and 20% for experience reflection.
  3. Attendance/Absence: Only those absent during non-online teaching will be counted, and absents will not be counted during online teaching.
  4. Practical Performance: The performance is based on the actual performance during the labor education period.
  5. Experience Reflection: Those who have completed three times of community service in the semester and those who have been approved by the Service Learning Section to be exempted from participating in community service, please make sure to fill in the experience reflection part three times by 2nd June, web link: https://reurl.cc/Agx6dK.

  7. The original scheduled makeup community service is suspended on 1st June. Students who have applied for the service will be processed on public leave. Students who have not applied for the makeup service will be automatically deducted from the system for one community service absence (taking as an application for once of the makeup service) but the above-mentioned students still need to fill in the experience reflection questionnaire by 2nd June, web link: https://reurl.cc/Agx6dK.
  8. The attendance and absence, practical performance, experience reflection before 14th May will be counted for grading of labor education of this semester; those who have not completed filling up what has been mentioned above will not be graded) and it will be announced on 16th June. All the students may apply for the makeup labor education according to personal grades and willingness.
    1. If the present graduating students’ fail the labor education and they intend to take the makeup service, being confirmed of the graduate qualification by the Service Learning Section, they are allowed to clean up at home as the makeup service with a deduction for one absence every 20 minutes. The students will be graded again only when they have completed the makeup service.
    2. If the graduates’ fail the labor education and they intend to take the makeup service, being confirmed that the postponed graduation is not caused by failing labor education by the Service Learning Section, they are required to come back to CYUT to complete the makeup service when the university operates as usual.
    3. The non-graduates may apply for the makeup service according to their personal willingness no matter their grades pass or fail. And when the university operates as usual in the next semester. The students will be graded again only when they have completed the makeup service.
    4. Those who intend to apply for the makeup service of labor education, please complete the application form online by 17:00 on 25th June. Those who fail to complete the online registration by the deadline will be taken as forfeiture. The web link is as follows: https://reurl.cc.bX4oEd.
    5. The applicants shall complete the makeup labor education in three weeks in the next semester when the university operates as usual.
